FEET Another random broken foot. CHEEK Cuts and scarred cheek from bottle-throwing scene. Rumble in the Bronx. BLOOD Just a flesh wound. Nothing to worry yourself about. HEAD Fractured skull falling 40 feet from a tree branch. Armour of God. HEAD Still determining if he’s certifiably crazy. NOSE Too many broken noses to count. ANKLE Broken ankle, City Hunter. HANDS Slashed fingers after getting run over by a snowboard. First strike. Jackie Chan doesn’t spend money on stuntmen and stand-ins. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t paid the price. We’re in 15 trillion dollars of debt, and millions of people are homeless, and abortion is still legal, and instead of signing bills to fix these things our president is doing this. Well I’m glad you’re having fun, you fucking bitch. Fuck the United States. /rant As much as I agree that yes, there are problems in our world that should be getting worked on and fixed I think it’s equally important for us to remember that the people running our world are still just that. People. And it is just as vital for them to take the time to live their lives and enjoy such experiences as frolicking around the yard with their dog. If the people running our world were to not experience such fleeting moments of compassion for other beings in their lives, then how would you expect them to ever feel any for us in any instance?
